How do I find my shoe size?

Follow these 4 steps to measure your feet accurately:

To measure your feet from heel to toe, all you need is a piece of paper, a pen and a ruler.
Place the paper on the floor against a wall. Put the foot on the piece of paper, with the heel against the wall.
Mark the longest part of the foot on the paper. Repeat for both feet since it is common to have different feet length.
Measure the distance and compare it with the size chart below. Use the measurement of your longest foot when choosing what size to order.

Still concerned about the size?

Don’t worry, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund.

The shoe style, color and fit are perfect, but ECCO have changed the sole on their shoes The old soles were one PU injected mold material which was incredibly flexible and durable. The new sole on this shoe and others that I have seen are made of that horrible eraser style rubber on the bottom half, and a very rigid material on the top half they leaves imprints and indentations. I have been buying ECCO shoes for about 20 years because the soles on their business shoes had no rival when it came to flexibility, durability and traction. This new material is similar to what Timberland or other brands use and it is off putting as the shoe is otherwise perfect - great style, color and comfort. Before the sole change I wouldn't even consider another shoe brand. How do other wearers feel?
